2. Payments & Billing

All financial transactions are securely processed via Paddle, our official Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for:

• Secure payment processing
• Tax compliance (VAT/GST/Sales Tax) according to your location
• Currency conversion and billing support

By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions in addition to ours.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access to our B2B databases, we maintain a strict refund policy to prevent abuse:

• No Refunds: Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started or credits have been consumed.
• Free Trial: We offer free initial credits to allow users to test the service quality before purchasing. We strongly recommend testing our data before any financial commitment.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard (app.kikayon.io). Access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
